WARRANTY POLICY
All VIKING CYKLES products are warranted for defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years, from
invoice date. This warranty is only for the original purchaser, and it is not transferable. This warranty covers cracks and
snaps only and none of the following faults.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Normal wear and tear, Improper assembly, Installation of components, parts, or accessories not compatible with the
products sold. Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect, any bent frames, stripped or broken
threads, twisting, denting or other such damage is accepted as a sign of rider abuse. Also, for not assembly rear or
frontal brake also is a sign of rider neglect (This last point does not apply to products declared brake less). This warranty
is void in its entirety by any modification of the product sold. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or
replacement of a defective item, and said repair or replacement is the sole remedy for the warranty. This warranty
applies only to VIKING CYKLES products purchased through an authorized dealer or authorized partner or directly to
VIKING CYKLES (Inventa Products S.L. is the owner of the VIKING CYKLES brand). VIKING CYKLES takes no responsibility
for damages caused by Shipping companies during transport. Any claim against this warranty must be made through
the original seller.
Proof of purchase and original invoice are required. Claims made outside the countries of Europe purchase may be
subject to additional fee and restrictions, shipment costs, customs cost, etc… The Warranty duration and details differ
by product type; customized products may apply to other conditions. This warranty gives you specific legal rights from
EU, for the rest of countries outside the EU Inventa Products S.L. apply in the same way. We fully believe in our products
and thus confidently offer this warranty to our customers, thanks for choosing VIKING CYKLES we really appreciate it.
WARNINGS:
1. Custom products
Fully customized products are not covered by this warranty. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted, and there is no possibility of a money refund.
VIKING CYKLES offers, for some products, the option to customize certain dimensions while maintaining the base geometry of the current-year models. This type of customization is covered by the same warranty as standard products.
However, fully customized products — where the end customer defines all geometric dimensions — are excluded from the warranty policy. These products are manufactured only if accepted by our workshop and under the sole responsibility of the customer placing the order.
2. Use of products
All products manufactured by VIKING CYKLES are designed exclusively for regular use within their intended cycling discipline. The end customer assumes full responsibility for any incidents or damages, personal or to third parties, that may occur during their use.
Any misuse or abuse of the products, as well as any resulting damage, will be the sole responsibility of the user. Always respect your surroundings, the environment, local traffic regulations, other cyclists, vehicles, and pedestrians.
3. Shipping and extra costs
Shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional expenses are the responsibility of the consumer.
4. Third-party products
For products or components sold by VIKING CYKLES through our website but manufactured by other brands, the warranty policy of each respective manufacturer will apply. You can consult each manufacturer’s warranty terms directly on their official websites.
CORROSION WARRANTY:
FOR LIFE
WARNINGS 1: Valhalla GR3 and other choose components are provided unassembled. The buyer is solely responsible for assembly in accordance with the technical specifications provided by each component manufacturer. Viking Cykles shall not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, or loss resulting from improper assembly, handling, or use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. It is strongly recommended that all assembly and adjustments be performed exclusively by a professional workshop or qualified technician.
WARNING 2: The models Valhalla GR1, GR2 and BMX are supplied partially assembled. The buyer will receive two separate boxes at the designated delivery address.
Box 1 contains the frame with all components installed except for the wheels. The handlebar will be detached from the stem to optimize packing space, as will the seat post and saddle.
Box 2 contains the front and rear wheels, both fully assembled but with very low air pressure.
The buyer acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for completing the final assembly of all components shipped in Box 1 and Box 2, in strict accordance with the instructions and technical specifications provided by each component manufacturer. All torque specifications must be observed, and tires must not be inflated beyond the pressure recommended by the respective manufacturer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viking Cycles shall not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, or loss arising from improper assembly, handling, or use that does not conform to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
The buyer is strongly advised that final assembly and adjustments be performed exclusively by a professional workshop or qualified technician.
