All VIKING CYKLES products are engineered through our own designs or by design partners who adhere to our standards, patents and processes.Our products are primarily made from Grade 9 titanium and other high- performance alloys related to additive manufacturer must be paid for in advance. However, for products offered in pre-order mode, we provide the option to pay in two installments of 50% each. Our team will keep you informed throughout the production process and provide regular updates on your order status and estimated delivery time.
3. Pricing policy:
At VIKING CYKLES, we carefully adjust our prices to offer maximum value to our customers. In line with our commercial policy, we do not work with distributors or resellers (except in certain specific territories or particular cases), allowing us to eliminate unnecessary intermediaries and maintain a direct, transparent relationship with every client. For this reason, individual discounts are not applied, except during official promotional campaigns, which will always be announced on our website and social media channels.
4. Custom frames: Products with custom frame options carry an additional cost of 900 €, with a manufacturing lead time of 3 to 5 months after the customer’s final confirmation. During this process, our technical team will work closely with the client to ensure that the final product fully meets their expectations and specifications.

PAYMENTS INFORMATION

WARNING:
Banking commissions for payments with currency exchange are always payable by the buyer. in case of having to return the amount of the purchase due to any defect or any mis hap, the return will always be the amount of the value of the goods, and all possible banking commissions that may exist will be discounted from the total. if the purchase is made by PayPal, returns are subject to the PayPal return policy.
The international shipments outside the European economic community, do not pay 21% taxes of Spain (country of origine), but the customs of each country will liquidate with the buyer the taxes and entry fees to the country, that is always pay the final buyer. Inventa Products S.L. is not responsible for these charges and not has the legal obligation to quantify them. each country has different taxes and custom tariffs.

All VIKING CYKLES products are handcrafted individually and are available exclusively for direct sale through our website, except in countries where sales are handled by official partners. Prices are set to provide the fairest possible value. Shipping costs are not included in product prices and will be displayed during the checkout process. In exceptional cases or specific promotional campaigns, shipping may be included, with prior notice.
If shipping costs do not appear during the online purchase process, the order cannot be completed. In such cases, the buyer must contact contact@vikingcykles.com to arrange delivery.
2. Product Assembly Warnings
2.1 Valhalla GR3 and Selected Components
These products are supplied unassembled. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for assembly in accordance with the technical specifications provided by each component manufacturer. Viking Cykles disclaims all liability for any property damage, personal injury, or loss resulting from improper assembly, handling, or use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Final assembly and adjustments are strongly advised to be performed exclusively by a professional workshop or qualified technician.
2.2 Valhalla GR1, GR2, and BMX Models
These models are supplied partially assembled. The buyer will receive two separate boxes at the designated delivery address:
Box 1: Contains the frame with all components installed except the wheels. The handlebar is detached from the stem to optimize packing space, as are the seat post and saddle.
Box 2: Contains the front and rear wheels, fully assembled but with very low air pressure.
The buyer acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for completing the final assembly of all components in Box 1 and Box 2, strictly following the instructions and technical specifications provided by each component manufacturer. All torque specifications must be observed, and tires must not be inflated beyond the manufacturer’s recommended pressure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viking Cykles shall not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, or loss arising from improper assembly, handling, or use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Final assembly and adjustments are strongly advised to be performed exclusively by a professional workshop or qualified technician.
3. Shipping:
Under normal circumstances, shipments are made via air transport, with estimated delivery times of 2–4 business days within the European Union and 6–8 business days outside the EU. Viking Cykles uses reputable express carriers worldwide.
The buyer acknowledges and agrees that Viking Cykles is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or deviations from scheduled delivery. Shipping costs may change without notice and are determined solely by the shipping companies, not Viking Cykles.4.
Returns and Refunds:
The buyer may return products within 15 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
• Items are in new and unworn condition
• All original packaging is intact
• Original sales receipt is provided

4.1 Return Procedure
The buyer must contact contact@vikingcykles.com prior to returning any item. Instructions for return, including delivery address and return documentation, will be provided. No returns will be accepted without prior notice via email.
4.2 Refunds / Exchanges
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If eligible, an exchange item will be shipped. If a refund is issued, all bank or currency exchange fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Viking Cykles is not responsible for damages occurring during shipment; claims must be made directly to the shipping company.
4.3 Return Shipping Costs
Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service, and the tracking number must be provided to Viking Cykles via email. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the item is defective, in which case verified costs will be reimbursed. International returns (outside the EU) are subject to additional shipping charges payable by the buyer.
4.4 Additional Notes
Refunds via PayPal or bank transfer may take several days to appear on the buyer’s account, depending on the bank.
No refunds are issued for custom orders, special-size items, or pre-paid items that are not in stock.
Delays caused by raw material supply are outside Viking Cykles’ control; customers will be informed if this affects the expected delivery dates. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for products or order cancellations accepted due to these types of incidents caused by third parties.
